Mainly as a tool for work. im a roofer so work at height. when we go to veiw jobs there no scaffold on the building so we assess from ground very often. Trying to point out a certain slate from 50 odd feet away to a client is hard work!! But with this baby its dot can clearly be seen in the brightest sunshiney day. If you like to ride in remote places it can be a lifesaver if your hurt and stranded. There have already been cases of hikers injured and stuck in thick woods. Or popping flys if your satanic!! Some tools go n point them at planes n stuff, this will get you nicked!! Also some people use em to turn off sensor type street lights..
